This piece holds sentimental value to me because it reflects my continuing growth as an artist. I started this project two years before completion with inspiration from the warmth of the sun. My goal was to create something that represented that same feeling of being kissed by a warm sky.
The third image showcases my first trial with this piece, which had inspired me to rework with new materials (oil) to better represent myself in my work.
